Colforsin (INN) is a water-soluble derivative of forskolin.[1][2] It is derived from the Coleus forskohlii plant.[3] It is an anti-HIV agent.[3]

Molecular Formula: C22H34O7[3]

Colforsin is often used to raise levels of cAMP in the study of cell physiology.[4]
