Early life and education

In 1973, Deiters graduated from King's High School. She later attended San Jose State University. She graduated West Valley College earn a degree in Psychology and Philosophy.

Career

Dieters is a Mortgage Processor/Credit Analyst at Cornerstone Community Bank, starting in December 2011.. She is a manager at Chicago Title Insurance Company. She worked at Northern California Title Company from September 2010 to November 2011. Her skills include First Time Home Buyers, REO, Short Sales, Investment Properties, Real Estate.

Deiters is an author at the Red Bluff Daily News. She is an alternate to the Tehama County Continuum of Care Executive Council. She is an alternate at the Taketrax Transit Agency Board of Directors. She is an alternate at the Tehama County Transportation Commission. She chairs the Committee of Tehama County Solid Waste Management Agency Executive Committee and the Agency Board.

In 2020, Deiters was Mayor Pro Tem of Red Bluff. In 2020, she was appointed to the Cannabis Advisory Committee of the city.

In 2021, Deiters supported the opening of the City's McGlynn Pool, saying the it will cost the city tens of thousands of dollars a year to reopen the pool – but it’s worth it. “I am hoping that it shows the community that the city cares very much about the citizens,” said Deiters. “Their health, their mental health and their quality of life.”
