Development

FANTOO is a social networking platform developed by FNS Co., Ltd, providing channels for fans to communicate including direct messages, open social page, virtual community, and clubs.

Definitions of Terms

  • FANiT: Voting rights on FANTOO. It can be used in in-app polls. A reward of 10 FANiT is given for daily check-in, while FANiT can be further obtained through occasional events.
  • Honor: User reward on FANTOO. A right to click likes for in-app content. 10 Honor is given everyday for free. If a profit is generated from the liked content, rewards will be given in KDG(Kingdom Gold) depending on personal contribution.
  • KDG(Kingdom Gold): Abbreviation of Kingdom Gold. A reward that can be gained through participation in various activities including the use of Honor. It can be used for events, content, services and purchase of merchandises.

Main Features

Communication

  • CLUB: A function that allow users to create clubs with their favorite topics, discussing about their favorite content or artists, and provide a space for users to archive data within the club.
  • COMMUNITY (Social Feed): An open space for users to share and discuss on the hot issues and content anonymously.
  • CHATS: Users can freely communicate with real-time multilingual translation.

Reward System

A system with various rewards including FANiT, KDG and more for not just content creators but also general users.

Poll

  • Birthday Poll: Users can participate in the corresponding birthday poll for their favorite artists for free with the amount of FANiT owned. Rewards are given to artists who rank in the top range. Based on the rewards in May 2022, the 1st place is TV CM before/after Mnet MCOUNTDOWN, the 2nd place is Sinchon U-PLEX underground signboard ads (21 panels), the 3rd place is Hongik Univ. Station Digital Posters (30 panels), while TOP 5 artists are also rewarded the ads on Yeouido Seoul Marina outdoor signboard.
  • Other In-app Poll: Starting from the Best Award selected by FANTOO global fans in 2021 and Valentine Day Poll, there are occasional polls being held besides monthly birthday polls.
