New registration scheme for forum and wiki

Due to significant spam, our old forum was closed. There is now a new authentication via the [url] http://jwork.org/jhepwork/members/[/url]. Previous members should be able to login to the member area without problems. After login, one can navigate directly to this forum and documentation wiki bypassing the login form.
