- EnHub (primary author) - decentralized publishing system for encyclopedic articles with substitution of articles to the Encyclosphere network
- Encyclone (primary author) - search engine, crawler and P2P sharing tool for encyclopedias (with the KSF team)
- EncycloReader (primary author) - reader and aggregator for online encyclopedias (with the KSF team)
- FactSeek (primary author). Project is retired in 2023 and Encyclosearch - searches in online encyclopedias (with the KSF team)
- HandWiki - Wiki encyclopedia of knowledge (primary author)
- Jas4pp - a re-branded JAS3 for future circular collider studies ("Jas for particle physics")
- HepSim - a repository with Monte Carlo predictions for HEP experiments and public data analysis
- JTerm - a Linux-like console for Windows (Java powered)
- jMathLab - a program for analyitic calculations similar to MatLab/Octave
- jLearn - A portal to learn Python interactively
