I have already the status of full member on the home page, and my contribution from last friday (September 4th) has been made. I have tried the activation process on Linux and Windows to the same result. 2015-09-07 14:31:41
6 2.0 2.0 MAJORMajor 2015-03-10 2:07:36 SOLVEDSolved Can't unlock RTextDoc I have purchased and registered some time ago a version of RTextDoc (with my old email address Now i moved to a new computer, installed RTextDoc and tried to register. The Username Settings dialog says that it is registered for saigkill (me). After a restart a box comes up that says, that no license key was found and i should purchase it. Maybe you know why this happens? Maybe it makes trouble to use RTextDoc behind a Proxy? Hello, First, please make sure that you do not have old preference directory on your computer. On Linux/MAC, remove $HOME/.rtextdoc. On Windows, search for .rtextdoc and remove it. If activation will fail after this, the problem is related to network (maybe you are behind firewall). In this case, contact us again and we will help to activate it manually best, admin 2015-03-10 5:43:32

4 2.4 windows QUERYQuery 2014-01-24 12:58:37 NEWNew encoding, windows I transfer TEX files encoded in UTF-8 from Linux to Windows, but when I open it, I get only hieroglyphics. I try to change encoding in Edit->Options->General from windows 1250 to UTF-8, but problem still persist. Text is in Slovak language, and after compile process it seems correct. I believe that it is problem of RTextDoc 1.9 because when I open the same tex file for example in TEXMAKER i get correct text. Thank you for our reply and have a nice day. 2014-01-24 17:04:36

0 1.2 1.6 QUERYQuery 2013-12-01 14:10:44 SOLVEDSolved Some menus are missing I recently purchased your latest Jport and rTextDoc programs and have tried to run rTexTDoc from Jport. However, I found that some menus are missing, for instance, macros pull-down menu is missing. Moreover, the options under Edit pull-down menu also fails to work even after some while. This menu never shows up for some unknown reason. Apart from these, Autodetection of LaTeX system fails to detect my TeXLive 2013 distribution. For your information, I am trying to run from my USB rather than from HDD. I would appreciate it if you could sort out these problems shortly. The issue was resolved. jPort has RTextDoc version 1.7 which should work. 2013-12-03 22:22:32
