Is there a way to fix this problem? - aaronpawlak - 01-09-2018 10:59 PM

Hello,

I hope for some helpful assistance. The problem is obviously that there is no drive before the colon (Smile. I used to run this program in Windows and I know that the license file is usually in the program directory, so I tried to update the license file with the appropriate license. This would work in Windows but because the drive name is missing it is not finding the file.
Writing to a log does not produce anything because the program does not produce any uncaught exceptions that would otherwise be written to the console. Obviously wine is not passing the drive name to the program. Is there a way to fix this problem?. Any ideas what is happening and how I can use explainer videos from AE with alpha channels in Resolve? .Please help me .

Any help will be appreciated.
Thank you.

Hi,

The best way to fix DataMelt program is to reinstall it and retype the username and password during activation
